Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your symptoms, medical history and how your condition affects your everyday life. Your physiotherapist will then carry out a detailed assessment to help understand the cause of your problem. We'll explain our findings, discuss the available treatment options and agree on a personalised plan to help you move forward. Where appropriate, treatment can begin during your first appointment.

We'll review your progress as you go and adapt your treatment to help you achieve the best possible outcome.
